- Valley Electrical Consolidated, Inc. (VEC) was founded in 1975 by Michael Russell as an electrical contractor in the Youngstown, Ohio area, and primarily focused on the industrial and commercial markets throughout the Mahoning Valley.
- Although VEC started out as a small family business, we quickly expanded our services and left our footprint in the counties of Northeast Ohio. Now, our work can be seen in many of the Manufacturing Facilities throughout the country.
